ABOUT THE BOOK

This journal-styled workbook allows children to creatively write their own story and draw their own pictures.  It is also ideal for young children and students who are learning to write by helping them to form sentences and pair words together. 

 

The journal is complete with:

 

 

• A STORY PLANNING GUIDE.  Before the writing begins, there is a helpful planning tool for organizing the young writer’s ideas and guiding them through the writing process.

• LINED PAGES.  Unlock the creative force of a child’s imagination and allow them to write their story on primary ruled lines with a dotted midline.

• ILLUSTRATION SPACES.   Large spaces throughout accompany the writing pages for the writer to draw and add multiple illustrations to their story. 

• ADDITIONAL BLANK PAGES.  Specially designed pages are included to allow the young writer to create a front and back cover. There are also About the Author and Dedication pages for the writer to create and share.

• REVIEW PAGE – Your young writer will be excited to share their story.  We provide a page for them to receive feedback from a few readers.
