
Dr. Quita Whea-Roberts
Dr. Quita Whea-Roberts, Ph.D., NCC, LCPC-S, is a Liberian born mental health leader, executive strategist, and a global advocate for women. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor supervisor in the state of Maryland with more than twenty years of experience guiding families, children, singles, and couples toward healing. She has served in psychiatric hospitals and across a range of inpatient, outpatient, and school-based settings, working extensively with survivors of domestic violence and facilitating support groups that foster restoration and resilience.

Dr. Roberts distinguished background and clinical expertise, in leadership development, entrepreneurship and community impact bridge diaspora and continent, creating transnational networks for individuals. Dr. Roberts has dedicated her career to advancing mental health equity, leadership resilience, and economic empowerment. She owns and operates a thriving Clinical private practice that integrates faith, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based care to empower clients toward wholeness.

She is the Founder and Global Director of The Friendly Counselor Foundation, A humanitarian organization, where she champions free accessible mental health education and trauma-informed care within underserved youth and families in West Africa. communities. She also founded Noble Sisters of Influence, an international empowerment and wellness ecosystem serving women across the United States, West Africa, and United Kingdom, and the Caribbean network dedicated to uplifting women of faith and purpose.

Dr. Roberts’ lifelong mission centers on advocacy for women and children affected by violence and abuse. Through education, outreach, and accessible resources, she is committed to creating safe spaces where healing can begin. A humanitarian, philanthropist, and mental health advocate, she uses her voice to champion love, resilience, and restoration.
