Felicia A. Greer, a lifelong resident of Prince George’s County, Maryland, has dedicated nearly forty years to serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. She is a Reading and English Language Arts teacher in an alternative deaf and hard-of-hearing program and also works as a sign language interpreter at a local community college. Mrs. Greer holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Instructional Technology and certification in Special Education. Passionate about helping others, she finds joy in supporting those in need, spending time with her family, and leading the Deaf Ministry at her church.
