Stephanie Verly was born in Cambridge, MA, and raised in a Haitian household where the matriarch taught her that food is a love language. She holds a Master’s degree in mental health counseling. Sazón is her love letter to family, feelings, and the power of words. She loves to cook and eat meals that feed both the body and the heart.
