Before joining RCC, Dr. Jefferson served as Provost and Special Advisor to the President at Lesley University, led the Institute for Leadership at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and held dean roles at Clark Atlanta University and Albany State University. His private-sector experience includes senior leadership at A.T. Kearney and BearingPoint, where he directed large-scale transformation initiatives across industries.

A Morehouse graduate, Dr. Jefferson also holds degrees from Cornell, Capella, and Colorado Technical University. A certified leadership and process-improvement professional, he has published peer-reviewed research on leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
