About the event

The Annapolis Book Lovers Expo presents a dynamic four-hour live showcase, spotlighting regional authors across diverse genres suitable for all age groups.

The Expo will bring together writers, readers, educators, students, editors, and publishers of contemporary creative writing. 

Guests can attend for free and will enjoy author presentations, masterclass sessions for aspiring writers, book signings, kid's activities, promotional giveaways and much more!

Vending & sponsorship opportunities are available:

  • Authors, bookstores, artists/illustrators, and writing service providers can secure vending spaces.
  • Additionally, there are four available spaces for food vending.

    Registration includes: [1] One vendor space located within the marketplace. Does not include a table and chairs. Vendors must bring a table no larger than 6ft and a chair. Table and chair rentals are available in limited quantities. [2] The vendor will be showcased in a half-page ad in the program booklet. AD REQUIREMENTS Half Page Size: 5 ½” x 8 ½” Landscape. Format: PDF or JPG/PNG NOTES: No cooking may take place at the venue. No alcoholic beverages may be served.
