About the event
Join us for the BLK Roots & Culture Expo, a free community event kicking off Black History Month with a celebration showcasing the richness of African American traditions through a variety of exciting experiences. Immerse yourself in a day filled with art, dance, presentations, and literature, all while supporting local businesses and performers. Enjoy a day filled with art, music, food, and fun for the entire family while supporting local Black-owned businesses.

- VENDOR (NON-FOOD)- Registration includes [1] One vending space including a 6 ft table and 1 chair. Additional chairs may be rented separately while supplies last. [2] All vendors must include in their registration, a description of the products being sold and/or services being offered. [3] The vendor may supply an ad or flyer that will be showcased in marketing materials and on social media. AD Format: PDF or JPG/PNG Multiple vendors selling the same items may not be accepted. - $85.00 - +$2.13 ticket service fee 
- VENDOR (FOOD)- Proper license is required for all food vendors. Registration includes [1] One vending space including a 6 ft table and 1 chair. Additional chairs may be rented separately while supplies last. Access to electrical outlets are not guaranteed.[2] All food vendors must send their menu after registration. [3] The vendor may supply an ad or flyer that will be showcased in marketing materials and on social media. AD Format: PDF or JPG/PNG Multiple vendors selling the same items may not be accepted. - $100.00 - +$2.50 ticket service fee 
- PRESENTER (20 MINS)- Presenters will be assigned a specific time in 20-minute intervals. This time slot reservation does not include a vending space. Vendor space must be purchased separately. - $35.00 - +$0.88 ticket service fee 
- SPONSOR | BRANDING- An Expo space will be named for this sponsor. Multiple spaces are available. The sponsor will have a dedicated space where they may set up a table/small booth, etc. The sponsor's logo will be printed on Expo materials, banners, and the website with a link to the sponsor’s website. LOGO REQUIREMENTS High-resolution Image | PNG FORMAT - $250.00 - +$6.25 ticket service fee 
- SPONSOR | VIP- The sponsor's logo will appear on Expo materials, banners, and website with a link to the sponsor’s website. LOGO REQUIREMENTS High-resolution Image | PNG FORMAT - $100.00 - +$2.50 ticket service fee
