The Charlotte Book Lovers Expo is a vibrant community celebration of storytelling, literacy, and local entrepreneurship featured during Ebenezer Baptist Church’s Back-to-School & Family Fun Day!
This interactive literary and community experience will bring together writers, readers, educators, students, and local businesses for a day filled with culture, creativity, and connection. Featuring 40+ regional authors across diverse genres and programming for all age groups, the Expo offers something for the entire family.

Registration includes: Vendor space inside the venue with a 6-ft table and 1 chair. Must bring your own tablecloth or covering.

Registration includes: one vending space located in the outdoor marketplace. Vendors must bring their entire set up - tables and chairs are NOT provided. A tent is recommended (must not exceed 12x12). NOTES: No alcoholic beverages may be served.

PRESENTER/SPEAKER (30 MINS)
During the Expo, a separate presentation space will be available for workshops, business and brand presentations, community information sessions, topical discussions, author talks, book releases, book signings, and more. Presenters will be assigned scheduled 30-minute time slots. Please note: presentation reservations do not include vendor booth space. Vendor booths must be purchased separately to sell books, products, or merchandise during the event.
